At Looks Kart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the beauty products are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
